Oclean 1-Year Extended Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty
Your Oclean warranty begins on the day of purchase and is valid for 2 years. If your Oclean product is defective during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Products purchased on europe.oclean.com are eligible for an additional 1-year extended warranty, which cannot be combined with other campaign warranties. With this additional warranty, your total warranty period can be extended by up to 1 year, providing you with a maximum of 3 years of coverage from the original date of purchase.

1-Year Extended Warranty (Registration Required)
To qualify for the 1-year extended warranty, you must register your Oclean device on europe.oclean.com within 90 days of purchase. Once registered, you will receive confirmation of your extended warranty via email. Please retain both the warranty confirmation email and your original order confirmation as proof of purchase. Warranty Coverage
The Oclean warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. However, it does not cover:
  1. Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches)
  2. Damage caused by:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidents, misuse, dirt, or water exposure
    • Unauthorized tampering or repairs
    • Improper use
    • Failure to care for the product, including improper charging
    • Use for commercial purposes or modifications
Terms & Conditions
Repair or Replacement: During the warranty period, we will repair or replace your Oclean product at no cost if it is found to be defective due to faults in materials or workmanship. Depending on availability, a replacement may be of a different color or model of equivalent value.
Proof of Purchase: To claim the warranty, you must provide both the original sales receipt and the warranty confirmation email. We recommend printing and keeping a copy of these documents for your records.

Exclusions from Warranty
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by: Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or misapplication. Service performed by anyone other than Oclean or an authorized Oclean service partner. Modifications to the product without written permission from Oclean. Damage caused by the use of non-Oclean accessories or by the inability to use certain accessories, such as smartphone stands or charging cases.

Environmental Considerations
This product contains batteries and/or recyclable electronic waste. To protect the environment, do not dispose of the product in household waste. Please take it to designated electronic waste collection points in your country for proper recycling.

How to Make a Claim
